Zucchini fritters with less than 100 calories

  • 1 large zucchini
  • A piece of goat cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Heat the oven to 200º.

Grate the zucchini

Grate the large zucchini to fill approximately 2 cups.

In a tray covered with baking paper, pour 8 equal amounts of the dough.
