Ingredients

  • 1kg minced chicken breast
  • 1 bag of fresh spinach (approximately 300g)
  • Spices to taste
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup soy milk, or the one you normally use

Preparation

To get started…

We are going to cook the spinach steamed, or with little water, and covered.

When you're ready…

We put all the ingredients in a bowl. With your hands, we remove everything and mix vigorously to make it compact and well mixed.

Then…

We take part of the mixture and make a ball the size of the photo, approximately. We do it with all the mixture.

Once done…

We crush the balls to shape it into a hamburger.

Grab a frying pan …

We heat a frying pan or the barbecue, if you have the possibility, and cook well on one side so that they are solid- Later, we turn it to make it on the other side.

To end…

We serve with salad, bread Thins, or vegetable garnish and rolled sweet potato.
