Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of Optiwhey CFM protein from Amix Double White Chocolate flavor
  • 3 dried figs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 200 ml cold water
  • No calorie chocolate syrup

Preparation

In the mixer …

We add all the ingredients in the mixer glass and beat for about 1 minute.
