In Nutrimarket you can find …

  • Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50g oatmeal
  • 50g rye flour
  • 1.5g fresh yeast
  • 50 / 60g water
  • Pinch of salt
  • A spoon of oil

Preparation

To get started…

We put the two types of flour in a bowl, along with the pinch of salt and mix it with our hands.

Then…

Add the yeast and water, and knead it with your hands until there is a dough (it will be moist and will stick a little to your hands).

With the dough …

We make a kind of ball and put it in a bowl smeared with a little oil. We cover it with film and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

Once rested …

We remove the dough from the container and place it on top of baking paper. To make the dough move well, I put a drop of oil on the paper. Before you start to mold the dough, turn on the oven to maximum power. Before you start to mold the dough, turn on the oven to maximum power.

We shape it …

We give it the shape that we want, in this case rounded, and we put the ingredients that we want. I added natural tomato and light mozarrella.

TRICK!

One trick I learned from a TV show to make pizza in the oven is to place the pizza on the oven floor, without a tray, and leave it for about 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes …

Raise the pizza underneath to see if it is done and, if so, take it out. If underneath it is well done, but above it is a bit raw, put the pizza on top of the baking tray on top with just the grill fire and leave it for a couple of minutes and that's it.

And now…

TO ENJOY!
