  • 30 units Pasteurized egg whites

  • MIX SPICES PUMPKIN PUMPKIN "pumpkin spices"
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon Nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder

Preparation

First…

We must roast the pumpkin by breaking it into pieces and putting it in the oven at about 200ºC for about 15-20 minutes.

We prepare the mix of spices "pumpkin spices"

This mixture of spices, typical in the United States, originated to make the recipe for the well-known "Pumpkin Pie" and is now used for a lot of products, to give it this special touch.

Once the Spice Mix is prepared …

In a glass mixer, place all the ingredients and beat for 1 minute to get a homogeneous mixture. We preheat the oven to 180ºC.

In a baking dish …

I use the same baking tray, we put baking paper and grease it with coconut oil (or whatever we have). You can sprinkle a few whole oat flakes on top, to give it this touch you see in the photo, before baking. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180ºC, ensuring that it does not burn at any time.

We take out of the oven …

And let it rest and cool. We break it into individual portions, wrap it in aluminum foil and keep it for the next 4 days.
