Orange chicken with protein quinoa

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/4 zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 150 grams of cooked quinoa

Preparation

We squeeze the oranges

With the help of a juicer, we extract the juice from two oranges. Please do not use packaged juice.

We cook the chicken

In a griddle or frying pan, pour a little extra virgin olive oil to cook the chicken. Chop the breasts and toss them in the pan until golden brown.
We also add the zucchini, garlic and onion; although you can use the vegetables or vegetables that you like the most.

Add the quinoa
