Sweet potato donuts with homemade topping

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 200 gr of sweet potato
  • 50 gr oatmeal
  • 30 gr rice flour
  • 5 ml olive oil
  • 3 gr of yeast
  • Cinnamon and stevia to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast and cinnamon. We reserve.

We join the rest of the ingredients

In another bowl, put the eggs, the olive oil, the milk, the roasted sweet potato and the stevia. We beat very well until we get a homogeneous mass.

When it is ready, add the previous mixture and move until it is integrated.

We preheat the oven

Let the donut dough rest for 2-3 minutes. And we begin to preheat the oven.

We shape donuts

We put the dough in a donut pan and put them in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
