In this article, we are going to present a recipe for stuffed mushrooms that will satisfy you and will pleasantly surprise you with their flavor. Also, this recipe only contains 49 kcal per serving.

These stuffed mushrooms will be a great way to complement your main course. We will use mushrooms, which we will fill with turkey breast and a little cheese. At the end we will season it with a little oregano, which will give them a touch of " pizza ".

Ingredients

  • 12-16 mushrooms (3-4 mushrooms per person)
  • 80 grams of turkey breast 0% fat
  • Crushed tomato
  • 30 grams of grated cheese
  • Oregano

Preparation

Prepare the mushrooms

Firstly, we will wash the mushrooms well, cut the trunk and clean a little by opening a little hole to introduce the filling.

Prepare the filling ingredients

On the other hand, we will take the turkey breast and cut it into small squares.

Add the ingredients to the mushrooms

Once we have the ingredients ready, we will put a tomato base inside the mushroom. On top of this tomato base we will put the turkey breast and the grated cheese.

As a final touch, you can add a little oregano on top.

Baked!

Put them on vegetable paper and put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 180º.
