Ingredients

  • 160g oatmeal
  • 2 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 4g dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 yogurts 0%

Preparation

To get started…

We preheat the oven to 150ºC.

In a bowl…

Mix the flour, protein, cinnamon and dry yeast and reserve.

In another bowl …

We beat the egg and the whites well and once ready, add the 2 yogurts and mix again.

Then…

Once we have a homogeneous paste, we combine the preparations of both bowls in one. Now it's time to stir until there is a compact mass.

In a baking pan …

We pour the dough into the container and put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
