It is a very easy recipe to make, with very few ingredients and almost instantaneous. In addition, it contains a good amount of protein and carbohydrates, so it can be a perfect snack after training.

Choose the fruit you like the most

Strawberry is a fruit that is liked at any age, but it is true that we do not always find it available in the supermarket. In that case, you can choose the one you like the most: blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, pear, plum, banana, mango … As you will need frozen fruit, they can be of great help to those sold in bags, ready to eat in smoothies or in ice creams.

On the other hand, in the recipe we add honey, but you can choose another natural sweetener that you have in your pantry. For example: stevia, agave syrup, maple syrup …

Ingredients

  • 280 grams of frozen strawberries
  • 80 grams of Greek yogurt 0% fat or smooth cheese
  • Half a tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
