Ingredients

  • FIRST MIX
  • 200g white chocolate flavored oatmeal
  • 30g of vanilla flavor protein
  • 40g spelled flour
  • 40g chickpea flour
  • 10 egg whites
  • 1 banana
  • 2 or 3 carrots
  • 4 tablespoons of almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of pancake syrup 0%
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • Sweetener or stevia to taste
  • SECOND MIX
  • 2 tablespoons of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of oat flakes
  • COVERAGE
  • 2 yogurts 0%
  • 1 small jar of philadelphia light cheese

Preparation

To get started…

We preheat the oven to 180ºC.

In a blender …

Mix all the ingredients of the FIRST MIX, and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.

When we have the totally homogeneous mixture …

Add the SECOND MIX and remove with the help of a spatula or spoon, until these last ingredients are distributed throughout the mixture.

In a round baking pan …

We put the mixture. It is preferable that the mold is silicone.

We put the mold in the oven …

Bake for at least 40 minutes. We remove and prick the cake checking that it is made inside. If the toothpick or knife comes out wet, with remains, then we bake about 20 minutes more, this time only with the fire from below. We remove from the oven and let cool.

To consider…

If the upper part has come out very irregular, we help ourselves with a long knife, and cut the upper part to get a flat base.

With a long knife …

We split the cake in half horizontally so that two halves are left, as symmetrical as possible, and let them cool.

To continue…

We mix the ingredients of the COVERAGE until obtaining a mixture without lumps. Spread the mixture on the base, place the other part on top and cover with the rest.
