Ingredients

  • 100 g of cheesecake flavored oatmeal (normal oat flakes can be used)
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • 4 teaspoons of sweetener for the dough
  • 4 teaspoons of cheese sweetener
  • 500 g of fresh cheese, whipped 0% (one tub)
  • 150 ml milk
  • Raspberry light jam
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Make the base of the cake

First, we will take a glass suitable for the mixer. Later we will add the 2 eggs, the 4 teaspoons of sweetener for the dough, cinnamon (optional), and the 100g of oats.
Once all the elements of the base of the cake have been added, we beat the mixture well (if it is too thick and cannot be beaten well, we add a splash of milk).
Meanwhile, we can put the oven to preheat.

We pour the mixture into a mold

Once we have the mixture, we proceed to pour it into a mold (so that the cake does not stick, we will put a sheet of vegetable paper).
It is important to try to make the dough as uniform as possible spread throughout the mold.

Put the gelatine sheets in water

While we do the following steps, we will put the gelatin sheets in water so that they are softened.

We put the base in the oven

We put the mold with the base of the cake in the oven at 180º. We will leave it for approximately 10 minutes, although depending on the oven it will take more or less. Although 10 minutes is usually approximate, we can remove the dough when it is to our liking (more or less hard).

Make the cream

In this step we will proceed to make the cream with the beaten fresh cheese.
To do this, we pour the beaten fresh cheese into a container such as a pot or casserole.
Next, we put the 150ml of milk in a cup and heat it in the microwave until it is quite hot.

Once the cup of milk is removed from the microwave, we toss the gelatine sheets and stir well.

Subsequently, we pour this mixture into the pot or casserole where the fresh beaten cheese is located, and add the 4 teaspoons of sweetener corresponding to the cream.

Let the two parts cool

Once the base is removed from the oven, we let it cool both the base and the cheese for about 10 minutes.

We add the cream to the base

Subsequently, we add the cream on top of the base, and spread evenly.

To the fridge!

Once we have all the steps done, we put the mold with the final mixture in the refrigerator. We will have to leave it to rest overnight so that the gelatin acts on the cheese.

The next day, we can already try our fantastic fitness cheese cake.

Don't forget to add the jam to enjoy an authentic cheesecake!
