Ingredients

  • 5 egg whites
  • 60g shredded chicken (or canned raw chicken breast)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon sweet corn with no added sugar
  • 3 tomato slices
  • 1 handful of iceberg lettuce
  • Dill (spice)
  • 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
  • Arugula (optional)

Preparation

To get started…

We heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat, so that the kebab has the appropriate size, and we put the 5 egg whites without beating, when it is well cooked on one side, we carefully turn it so that it does not break.

In the meantime…

We are preparing the ingredients: cutting the lettuce, the tomato slices, the avocado, the chicken …

When the whites are cooked …

We cut a large piece of aluminum foil and place the cooked whites on top.

To continue…

Spread on the base, which are the whites, the mustard and place the ingredients as in the photo. Sprinkle the dill on top.
