- 200ml of almond milk (or the one you usually use)
- 1 sachet of chemical yeast powder
- 1 pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- Sweetener or stevia to taste
Preparation
We place the dry ingredients and stir.
We heat the milk in the microwave for 1 minute.
Pour the milk into the bowl and mix well, with the help of a spatula, until you get a dough that is manageable with your hands. Knead for 5 minutes.
We roll out the dough. If it is more comfortable for you, divide the dough in two and roll it out separately.
Use a mold, or a glass, to form the cookies with all the dough. Place them on a baking sheet. Knead the leftover and repeat the same operation to avoid it being over.
It must be previously preheated to 200ºC. Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes and keep checking them, since depending on the thickness they can be cooked earlier.
Take the tray out of the oven with the cookies, let them cool and store them in a bag so that they can be preserved. Accompanied by an Amix whey protein shake, it's great for mornings.
