We start the month of December and with it come the typical Christmas sweets that we like so much. The problem is that classic recipes or ultra-processed treats are full of sugars or unhealthy ingredients. That's why we show you some recipes for fit almond and oatmeal mantecados.

It is possible to make healthy polvorones with good fats and without using refined flours. As you will see, the preparation is quite simple since we avoid some steps of the classic recipe, such as toasting the almond and the flour. We are going to use the quick mode with ground almonds, although you could also toast the ground almonds before making the dough. Even so, by using the almond cream we will be providing a powerful flavor of this dried fruit.
