If you are a chocolate lover, mousse is one of the best desserts that you can taste. Unfortunately, it is not usually a very healthy dish and, if you eat a healthy diet, you will have decided to abandon its consumption. Don't worry because I have your solution! I am going to show you a recipe with only two ingredients, very easy to make and totally fit. Do you dare to try it?
Mousse with coconut milk
Whether you like coconut or not, I assure you that this mousse will conquer your palate. To avoid using eggs, the base will be made from coconut milk. You are facing a dessert low in carbohydrates, with a super creamy texture and with an indescribable flavor.
With hot weather, these types of dishes can be eaten as a snack or as an energy recuperator after intense training.
To finish giving it the master touch, sprinkle a little defatted cocoa before serving. You'll love it!
Ingredients
- 400 ml cold coconut milk
- 200 grams of 80% dark chocolate
- Stevia to taste (1/4 teaspoon would suffice)
Preparation
Put in the freezer a day before (or 4 hours before) the container to mount the coconut milk to the point of snow and the rods.
Pour the coconut milk into the container and mount it with the help of the rods. You should have a creamy texture.
Heat the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Then add it little by little until it is well integrated into the mounted milk.
Put the mixture in cups or bowls and keep them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
