You can consume it as it is, or make the cake in the oven so that the exterior is crisp and the interior moist and juicy. Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 200 gr of wholemeal bread
  • 500 ml of vegetable drink without added sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of flax or chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite sweetener
  • A few drops of vanilla essence

Preparation

We prepare the bread

We chop the bread and soak it with the vegetable drink until it is well soaked (for half an hour).

We hydrate the seeds

In a glass of water, put the seeds to hydrate them for about an hour.

We make a mix

When we have the above ready, chop the apples and join them to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. We beat everything very well (no lumps).

To the mold!

We put the mixture in a mold suitable for ovens and preheat it to 200ºC. Then we bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC.
