Peach pie, step by step

In Nutrimarket you can find …

  • Oatmeal
  • Vanilla protein powder

Ingredients

  • 200g oatmeal
  • 80g whole wheat flour
  • 100g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 sachet of chemical yeast
  • 10 liquid egg whites
  • 5 whole peaches or 10 halves in syrup (without sugar)
  • Liquid or powder sweetener

Preparation

Step 1

We put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Step 2

Peel and cut the peaches into wedges.

Step 3

Add the egg whites and the liquid or powder sweetener to the bowl, and beat for 3 minutes until you get a homogeneous and thick mixture.

Step 4

We preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Step 5

In a silicone mold, pour the mixture, if you have done everything right, the mixture will be thick enough to keep the peach on the surface.

Step 6

We put the peach segments in order and bake for 30 minutes. We prick with a toothpick and, if it comes out clean, it is ready to be removed. Otherwise, we leave 5 more minutes in the oven.

Step 7

We remove and let cool with a cloth on top so that it does not dry.

Note…

If it is hot in the kitchen, keep it in the fridge and before eating you can warm it in the microwave.
