Is it a good idea to consume stuffed eggs?

Including eggs in our dishes is a very good option. And it is that we will be providing quality protein to our body. Furthermore, due to its nutritional composition, it has antioxidant properties that protect our body against free radicals. The egg contains essential vitamins, such as vitamin A, group B, E and D ; and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, sodium, and calcium. It is also ideal for athletes and people who lead a fitness lifestyle, as it helps maintain and increase muscle mass and promotes recovery after exercise.

If in addition to all this, we add other ingredients to the filling, we are adding benefits so that our body works perfectly. Remember the importance of correct nutrition to achieve the goals we set for ourselves, as well as good health and an optimal quality of life.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans of tuna in brine (I use one of them in olive oil and drain it)
  • 6 whole eggs (boiled about 10 minutes)
  • Dijon mustard
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1…

Boil the eggs and let them cool.

Step 2…

Peel and split in half, separating the yolks from the whites. We will ONLY use a yolk, or two, to avoid that they are so caloric and to pass us with the fats.

Step 3…

In a bowl mix the tuna, the yolk, one or two teaspoons of mustard and pepper.

Step 4…

We remove everything well making a paste and fill the eggs.

Step 5 …

Let cool for 1 hour in the fridge and … READY !!!!

RECOMMENDATION

We can add 1 tablespoon of crushed tomato (or fried tomato without added sugars from the Hacendado brand). Delicious and tasty dinner, low in kcal!
