  • 300g oatmeal
  • 150ml of oat or almond milk (or whatever you use regularly)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Stevia or sweetener to taste

  • 250g of beaten cheese
  • 150g of the type of protein you use (it can be vanilla or strawberry flavor)
  • 250ml milk
  • 6 sheets of neutral gelatin or 1 sachet of powdered gelatin
  • Sweetener or stevia to taste

Preparation

  1. For the base, heat the milk with a pinch of salt and sweetener in a bowl until it begins to foam. After that, the oatmeal is added little by little and mixed well until a homogeneous and manageable dough is obtained.
  2. Once the dough is there, it is made into a ball and stretched with a roller to later place it at the base of the mold . It sits well on the base using the fingertips.
  3. The base of the cake is placed in the oven at 200ºC , previously preheated, for 20 minutes . It is important to be careful so that it does not burn, but remains toasted.

  • 25g oatmeal

preparation:

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces . After that, they are placed in a jar and the eggs are added. Beat with a fork.
