Ingredients

  • 1 large potato
  • 40g turkey breast 0% fat
  • Olives
  • Lettuce
  • 30g light mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 can of tuna
  • Sweet corn
  • Black pepper (optional)

Preparation

Make the potato in the microwave

First, we will look for a potato of a large size so that we can fill it. Subsequently, we wash it well, make some holes by pricking it with the fork and wrap in plastic wrap.

Once this is done, we put it in the microwave. The duration will vary according to whether we like the more or less cooked potato. However, an estimated time is usually 5-6 minutes.

It should be noted that we could also make the potato in the oven, however, in the microwave it will be much faster.

Prepare the filling

While the potato is being made, we will proceed to prepare the ingredients of the filling.

For this we will cut the turkey breast, the lettuce and the olives into small pieces.

Once these ingredients are cut, we will put them in a bowl along with the rest of the ingredients.

We break the potato and fill it

Once the potato is ready, we take it out on a plate, cut it in half and open it in book form. Now, we will add a pinch of salt and pepper (optional).

To finish, with a spoon we will make some grooves in the potato halves, to finally add the filling in it.
