We have all opted for fast food many times, and now it seems that science agrees with us, but on one condition. Fast food is not healthy or good, but sometimes we feel like something greasy to break the mold of the routine of work and stress.

Research indicates that ultra-processed food is closely linked to cancer, in the same way that junk food was not going to be left behind. In relation to this is the condition imposed by science.

The new research says that many use this type of diet as a daily routine and that is where the problem lies. However, eating fast food very occasionally, as a whim or celebration, is fine.
