First we boil the broccoli and cook the quinoa.

Once they are cooked, drain the quinoa and cut the broccoli into pieces.

On the other hand, we break the salmon into small pieces.

We join the mixture

In a large bowl, add the quinoa, broccoli and salmon. We add an egg and the spices mentioned above, although you can use the ones you like best.

We shape it

By joining everything you will get a more or less uniform mass.

We take a portion of the dough and form the hamburgers.

Baked

In a tray, we put baking paper and put our burgers on top. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180º.
