Protein spaghetti with Bolognese sauce

On the YouTube channel they will upload training videos, recipes, tips and everything that comes to mind. This time, we have a recipe for protein spaghetti with Bolognese sauce , perfect to keep our training diet at bay.

You can substitute Bolognese sauce for your favorite, as long as it is fit and with healthy foods. It would be nice if you prepared it at home if you have time, but we recommend some canned ones that are totally healthy.
This recipe will not take long and you will also know how to cook the exact amount for one or two servings. No more pasta making for an entire army! You can accompany it with a little Parmesan cheese and tabasco to give it a different touch.

Ingredients

  • Protein spaghetti
  • Bolognese sauce
  • Oregano
  • Tabasco
  • Parmesan

Preparation

Cook the pasta

Cook the pasta as directed.

Add the sauce and platter

Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water and add the Bolognese sauce.

Spread it with oregano, tabasco and a little bit of Parmesan cheese on top.
