Ingredients

  • FOR THE BASE
  • 300g oatmeal
  • 150ml (approximately 1/2 glass) of milk, which you usually use normally
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Sweetener or stevia to taste
  • FOR THE FILLING
  • 250g of beaten cheese
  • 150g Whey Protein or Amix Caseinate, vanilla or strawberry flavor
  • Mascarpone cheese aroma
  • 250ml of water or milk
  • 1 sachet of gelatin powder or 6 sheets of neutral gelatin
  • Sweetener or stevia to taste
  • FOR TOPPING
  • Blueberry or raspberry jam

Preparation

BASE PREPARATION

We preheat the oven to 200ºC.

In a glass bowl …

We heat the milk with a pinch of salt and sweetener in the microwave, until it comes out scum, almost boiling.

In the same bowl …

Add the oatmeal little by little, moving with your fingers. If you see that it is too liquid,
add a little more flour. If, on the other hand, flour is left over, add a little more milk (carefully).

With a roller …

When we have a homogeneous and manageable dough, we make a ball with it and knead it by spreading it with the help of a rolling pin to achieve the desired thickness.

Then…

We put the base in a mold and place well, pressing with the fingertips. It is recommended to use a silicone mold so that you can easily remove the entire cake.

In the oven…

Bake the bases for about 20 minutes, approximately. We watch that it does not burn, but that it is toasted so that it crunches.

PREPARATION OF THE FILLING

While we have the base in the oven, we are going to prepare the filling.

In a saucepan…

We mix all the ingredients of the filling, except the gelatin. Over low heat, stir well and mix everything, so that there is a uniform mixture.

We remove the base from the oven, and let it cool down to room temperature.

We put the filling mixture inside. Let the cake rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours, before putting the jam topping.

After the time …
