From our YouTube channel, Javier Menéndez brings us a recipe that many of you have asked for: a pre-workout homemade smoothie. The ideal is to take it between 30 and 40 minutes before going to the gym, so it will have given us time to absorb it and we will not have a feeling of heaviness in the stomach.

The protein that we will use will be the fast assimilation of Amix , flavored with white chocolate, but you can use your usual protein. Almond milk remember to always be sugar-free and, of course, if you want to change it for soy or oatmeal, go ahead! Make the changes that best suit your taste, although we assure you that this recipe is dead.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate Amix protein
  • 1 double coffee only
  • A little cinnamon
  • Sugar free almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of brown cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Amix peanut butter
  • A little bit of ice

Preparation

Starting from having a cup of double black coffee, add the brown sugar and stir well.

We pour it into the mixer.

To the mixture of coffee with sugar, we add a scoop of protein and beat.

We stop and add a little ground cinnamon (to taste) and a long drip of the almond milk. We also add a large tablespoon of the peanut butter.

We beat again and we will have it ready to drink.
