Ingredients

  • 60 ml of egg whites (2 whites)
  • 50 gr of natural cashew cream
  • 60 gr of ground almonds
  • 50 gr of oatmeal
  • 20 gr of protein powder or oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Pinch of stevia (optional)

Preparation

First mix

In a bowl add the egg whites, cashew cream, cinnamon and stevia (if using it). We move well until there is a homogeneous mass.
When it is well mixed, we introduce the ground almond little by little until it is integrated with the other ingredients.

We add the flour

Next, we add the flour little by little while stirring until a thicker dough is formed. In case you use the protein, introduce it in the same way.

We put it in the fridge

Let the covered dough rest for about 45 minutes or 1 hour in the refrigerator. We preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

We remove the dough from the fridge and spread it on a baking paper with the help of a rolling pin. Then we shape it with a short pastry and remove the leftover.
