Tips to take care of your hair

  • Remember to use a hat to avoid direct exposure to the sun, salt or chlorine. This aspect is very important, especially when the activity is prolonged.
  • Applying a moisturizing mask before putting on your swimming cap will help to increase protection and prevent hair from drying out so easily. If you want, you can also apply olive oil to the tips.
  • Even if you don't shower immediately after training, it is important that you at least rinse your hair to free it from harmful substances . In addition, you must do it for a few minutes for it to take effect. If you are going to wash your hair immediately, rinse it out for a few minutes before applying the shampoo.
  • When you wash your hair, use specific products for frequent washing . They are usually softer and less aggressive.

  • Use nourishing masks at least once a week.
  • If you have long hair and use light dyes, the care and hydration should be even more intense since light hair is more susceptible to damage .
