Chocolate coulant without carbohydrates (fit version)

The chocolate coulant is one of the most requested desserts in any restaurant. The normal thing is that at home we do not stop to make this type of candy, or if we do it it is precooked. If you hate spending a lot of time in the kitchen or don't want to fill everything with flour, I recommend you pay attention to this recipe.

With just three ingredients, and without carbohydrates, we are going to create a totally fitness coulant and very low in calories. Since the base is only from eggs, the protein content is very high. It can be made into a perfect post-workout or before-sleep snack (when we get hungry after dinner). It could even be a good idea for a protein-rich breakfast, too.

We remind you that, even if it is a healthy recipe, you should not eat the entire tray. Everything in excess is no longer beneficial for health (and you will gain weight anyway).

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams of 85% chocolate without sugar
  • Sweetener to taste

Preparation

We separate the whites

We separate the whites from the yolks and beat them until stiff with sweetener. You can do it by hand with a rod or automatically with the mixer. Keep in mind that you must maintain the speed so that they take on texture and do not remain liquid.

We beat the yolks

We beat the yolks in another bowl and add the chocolate little by little (and previously melted in the microwave).

We mix everything

Add the egg whites until stiff and mix with enveloping movements so that there is a homogeneous mass.

To the freezer!

Verte everything in a mold and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Baked!

We preheat the oven to 190ºC and bake for 18 minutes.
Then it will be completely ready to eat with a spoon.
