  • 1 teaspoon of Amix peanut butter

Preparation

We place the seeds with water. The amount of water can be up to 10 times greater than that of chia. You probably won't hit the first time, but you'll get the exact amount right away.

Then…

Put the glass jar or glass in the fridge and let it rest for approximately 45 minutes.

When the time has passed …

Remove the seeds from the fridge and mix them with the protein and the Cottage cheese. The pasta will be even thicker.
