Many of the people who decide to start a sport or physical activity make certain errors in their movements or the use of shoes that result in injuries, especially in the joints. One of them is synovitis, a more common problem than you might think.

This condition consists of the excessive production of synovial fluid present in the knees, elbows, shoulders, hips, wrists and neck. This is in charge of filling the joint cavity and lubricating it to facilitate movement, compensate for weight and nourish cartilage.

But why this overproduction occurs? and what consequences does it bring? There are different causes that trigger the problem, in the case of sport, it is suffered by those who practice disciplines where joint movements are very repetitive, such as baseball players (elbows and shoulders), soccer players (knees), runners (knees), tennis players ( elbow, shoulder and wrist) and those who do athletics, etc.
