Avocado stuffed with salmon and pomegranate

It is perfect for any breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner. We can use it to make homemade guacamole, to put it on toast, add it to salads or to consume it on its shells. And that is what we are going to teach you to do today: stuffed avocados.

Salmon and pomegranate for a flavor explosion

In this healthy recipe you can use the ingredients that you like the most and recreate a thousand different versions. We have used smoked salmon, pomegranate and tomato. I assure you that the pomegranate gives a very special touch when chewed. It is an authentic experience for the palate. In addition, it is an original dish, cool for the summer and very nutritious. Keep in mind that avocado has a good dose of healthy fats, so its consumption should not go through anything.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 100 gr of fresh salmon (previously frozen) or smoked
  • Half grenade
  • 1 tomato
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Spices to taste

Preparation

Cut the salmon into cubes and marinate it with the soy sauce and spices, at least 1 hour.

We open the pomegranate and remove the fruit. We add it to the macerated salmon.

We open the avocado

Very carefully, we open the avocado and empty it without breaking the peel.

We fill the avocado peel with homemade "guacamole" (mash the avocado with a fork and season with spices). On top we put the salmon and the marinated pomegranate.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top, and voila!
