1. Tap Portugal – 6.40 / 10

The Portuguese airline, which boasts of having the most beautiful crew in the world, scored considerably low on punctuality, reaching just 69%; in terms of resolution of claims, its average was only 6.05, while in quality of general service it obtained only 6 points.

6. Iberia – 6.13 / 10

This Spanish airline obtained a high score in punctuality, with a respectable 84% and a resounding 8 in quality and service, but it only obtained a score of 2.30 points in the complaint resolution box, placing it in one of the least airlines reliable of Europe in this regard.

Users of the AirHelp platform gave this South Korean airline an 8 in quality and service, but only 64% in punctuality and 3.72 points in its complaint resolution performance.

12. Royal Jordanian Airlines – 5.13 / 10

This Jordanian airline obtained a very good score in terms of punctuality, with 83 percentage points, but its poor performance in resolving claims of 0.83 points completely diverted attention from the 6 points it obtained in the AirHelp platform in terms of performance of service.

13. Wow Air – 5.04 / 10

This Icelandic airline is in the last place on the list, because although it managed to get 75% in punctuality and 6 points in terms of quality and service, it only reached 1.68 points in the claims resolution box, becoming, according to these data, on the worst airline of 2018 .
