It is a simple recipe, although you must have some time for the time of baking . The good thing is that while it is done, you can be at other things and, we assure you, it is time well spent.

Ingredients

  • 200g Amix white chocolate oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 60g Amix vanilla protein
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 plain yogurt 0%
  • 250ml milk (the one you normally use)
  • 3 tablespoons of rolled almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • Sweetener to taste

Preparation

Before starting…

We preheat the oven to 200ºC. Once we put the cake we will lower it to 180ºC.

Mix

We put all the ingredients, except the rolled almonds, in a glass mixer. We beat everything until there is a homogeneous mixture.

To continue…

Pour the mixture into a mold, preferably silicone, and spread the rolled almonds on top.

In the oven…

We put the tray in the oven. It is recommended to place it at the bottom of it, in this way we avoid burning the almonds. Another option is to cover the cake with baking paper. We leave it between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the oven, at 180ºC.

When the detailed time has passed, and the cake is in its point, we extract it and let it cool.
