What does strawberry give us?

Strawberry is a fruit that, in addition to being able to boast of having a lower glycemic index than other fruits, provides large amounts of antioxidants. With an important contribution of vitamins and 85% composed of water , and rich in fiber, it will regulate our blood sugar levels and keep us satiated.

Ingredients

  • 500ml of vegetable milk
  • 250 grams of plain yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of stevia
  • 10 frozen strawberries

Preparation

Crush the strawberries

In a blender, food processor or similar, we will crush them until a creamy dough similar to that of ice cream is generated.

Add stevia and milk gradually

While we are crushing the strawberries, it is time to add the tablespoon of stevia and the milk to small streams.

Beat a couple of egg whites

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them with the rest of the mixture. They will give more consistency to the ice cream.

With the mixture finished, to the freezer

Once we have all the mixture well beaten, a quarter of an hour in the freezer would be enough to have our ice cream perfectly.

Close with syrup

This already, at one's own choice. If you want to give it a special touch with some low-calorie syrup, go ahead!
