The most remarkable thing is that it does not contain added sugars, since the banana provides the necessary sweetness for this delicious delicacy.

Ingredients

  • 40 grams of ripe banana
  • 40 grams of oatmeal + vanilla essence
  • Chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 large frozen ripe banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons of nut butter
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 75% chocolate chunks
  • Sweetener and xanthan gum (optional)

Preparation

To prepare the cookie

We crush the banana and add it to a bowl with the oats, the tablespoon of milk and the chocolate chips.

We beat well until it is fully integrated. We shape and bake it for about 10 minutes at 200ºC.

Take them out and let them cool.

We make the ice cream

In a bowl, crush the large ripe ice cream, the 2 tablespoons of nut butter and the vanilla essence.

Then we add the chocolate and mix everything.

In a silicone mold, we pour the mixture and let it freeze for about 4 hours.

We ride the maxibon

After time, cut the ice cream to the size of the cookie and prepare the maxibon.

You can bathe half with melted chocolate and wait for it to solidify.
