Dalgona is a type of coffee originating in South Korea. Its translation is "Cool, it's sweet", so we have an obvious clue of what we are up against.
The preparation is quite simple, we just have to prepare hot water, instant coffee and sugar in equal parts. But our Dalgona Fit coffee will have 0 sugars and we will replace it with sweetener.

Can you use ground or fresh coffee from the coffee maker?

Unfortunately you cannot. Instant coffee is especially suitable for making this smoothie drink. If you're trying to use regular or fresh ground coffee, it won't have that whipped consistency we're looking for visually.
It is also not recommended to use Stevia or sweeteners in large quantities because they are much sweeter. Also, you should consider checking for maltodextrin before using them. All of these fillings are sugars disguised under other names.

How to make low calorie Dalgona coffee?

It is best to add the ingredients to a medium bowl and then use a mixer until you get the whipped mousse. You will have to be patient, since you will need a few minutes to achieve the effect we are looking for. You could also use a hand mixer.

Anyway, once it is well shaken, you just have to add a little ice to a glass and then fill it about 3/4 of its capacity with milk. With unsweetened almond milk it is especially delicious.

Then you will put the beaten coffee on top of the milk and it will be ready to take a photo and upload it to your social networks. You should know that it is not drunk as you plate it. The best way to do this is by mixing everything together.
