Ingredients

  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 50 grams of natural almonds
  • 30 grams of 100% cocoa powder
  • 100 grams of unsweetened dark chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 150 grams of coconut oil
  • 10 sachets of stevia

Preparation

We mix the ingredients

In a bowl we put the almond (chopped or ground) and add the liquid coconut oil.
Then we add the eggs and cocoa powder.

We melt the chocolate

Chop the unsweetened dark chocolate and melt it in a water bath or in the microwave.
When you have it melted, add it to the rest of the ingredients and beat with some manual rods until you get a thick cream.

Pour it into a mold

Brush the mold with a little coconut oil so that the dough does not stick.
Pour it whole and put it in the oven, previously heated to 200ºC.

Baked!

Cook the keto brownie for 20 minutes, until you see that the surface is crisp.
