In other words, Lidl’s suppliers have not used chemicals, they have respected nature’s own cycles and, of course, they are not genetically modified.

In the nutritional table of this kefir, we can see that it has 45 kilocalories for every 100 grams of Lidl bio drinkable kefir, 1 gram of fat for every 100 grams of product; 3.8 grams of carbohydrates per 100 gram serving, of which 3.8 grams are sugars; 3.4 grams of natural milk proteins per 100 grams of product and 0.13 grams of salt.
The only ingredients are semi-skimmed milk and lactic ferments. A natural, healthy, ecological and highly recommended product, at least to have a glass a day.
