If you don't know how to cook quinoa or what recipes to use it in, this may be a great idea to start with. We remind you that quinoa is a pseudocereal that contains the 9 essential amino acids for the body. In other words, you will be consuming a protein-based pizza with natural ingredients.
Ingredients
- 180 grams of raw quinoa
- 60 grams of water
- Spices: salt, black pepper, oregano, basil …
- All the ingredients that you like the most for your pizza (fried tomato, mozzarella, mushrooms …)
Preparation
In a bowl, soak the quinoa for at least 3 hours.
Rinse the quinoa very well and drain to remove excess water.
Put it in a bowl to beat it with the 60 grams of water, spices and salt.
Place a baking paper on the tray and grease it with a little extra virgin olive oil.
Pour the dough and spread it very well on the tray, so that it is very fine.
Bake the dough alone for 12-15 minutes (without burning) at 200ºC, with heat up and down.
Take the dough out of the oven and turn it over to put your chosen ingredients on top.
Be careful not to break the dough when turning it. I used another kitchen paper on top to turn it over very carefully.
Put the pizza back in the oven and let it cook another 12-15 minutes.
