  • 3 cans of low salt tuna
  • 4-5 egg whites
  • Himalayan pink salt

  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 1 tablespoon of corn without added sugar or salt
  • 1 natural tomato

Preparation

TO CONSIDER

FOR THE BASE
