Toast with avocado

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. On it depends the morning energy shot with which we will have the strength to face the day. Lately it is very fashionable to use avocado in food, thanks to its healthy effects on our body. Well, and also that it is very cute in our instagram photos.

Start the day with salty

Perhaps most prefer to start the first meal of the day with something sweet, but we encourage you to try salty as soon as you wake up. In this recipe you can toast the bread or not, depending on your tastes. What yes, keep in mind that it is a whole grain bread and of good quality.

We have chosen to add a little lemon juice, garlic powder and salt to the avocado, but you can add the spices that you like the most. You could even put a little hard-boiled egg on top to have a 100% complete breakfast.

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • A little salt

In the toaster, we heat the bread. Avoid burning, since black food is not healthy at all.

Add the avocado half and the lemon juice. Use a fork to crush it and mix.

Anoint!

Spread the avocado mixture on your toasts and add the garlic powder and salt. Ready to eat!
