What do the Special K really contain?

The fiber! It is almost a magical nutrient, if you have it on the cover of the box, people bite like flies. These cereals have between 2.5 and 4.5 grams of fiber per 100 grams. Do you know how many they should have to be considered a food rich in fiber? More than 6 grams per 100. So for now we have a product that is low in fiber and high in sugars.

And are cereals whole? Only between 26 and 33% of its content is comprehensive. And if you expect them to be at least low in salt, mistake! They have similar amounts of sodium to canned foods, so you just have to judge for yourself.
