For its preparation (4 people) you will need:

  • 320g Heura
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 persimmons persimmons
  • 3 tablespoons of caramel syrup
  • 3 tablespoons old-fashioned mustard
  • Chive
  • Fresh aromatic herbs (parsley, chives)
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper

Process:

Couscous with Heura curry and nuts

This dish combines a traditional product of Moroccan food, such as couscous, with an innovative one such as Heura . It is a simple and fast dish in its preparation, so you will not have any excuse not to try it.

If you want to surprise your guests, be sure to try this suggestion that we propose. You will need the following ingredients for 4 people:

For the couscous:

  • 125 g of couscous
  • 125 g of water
  • A tablespoon of olive oil

For the accompaniment:

  • 300 g of Heura
  • 40 g cashew nuts
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 40 g of raisins
  • 1 onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon curry
  • Cilantro
  • Salt

Elaboration:

  • Place the water and oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • When it reaches the boiling point, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the couscous, stir it and reserve it until all the water has been absorbed.
  • Put a pan over medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the Heura on both sides until golden.
  • Place it on a plate and set it aside.
  • Peel and chop the onion and pepper into very fine cubes and fry them in a saucepan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • After a few minutes, add the Heura that you had reserved, the raisins, the pine nuts, the cashews and the curry.
  • Salt and pepper everything.
  • Add the couscous already cooked to the casserole, while you are giving it a few turns so that everything is integrated and heated.
  • Serve to taste. You can decorate it with coriander.
