Vanilla or chocolate flavor

We have chosen to use Whey protein with vanilla flavor, but you can also try making it chocolate flavor. They are delicious!

Doing so will not cost you any work and is 100% fitness, since as you will see it only contains ingredients suitable for a healthy diet. In the event that your diet allows it, you can accompany it with a little liquid caramel, syrup or whipped cream.

The recipe is for 6 servings, although in the case of not having individual flannels, you can use a large one and divide it into portions. A serving contains 121 calories, 19 gr of protein, 3 gr of carbohydrates and 3 gr of fats . As you can see, it is a real delicacy with good nutritional value.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla Whey protein
  • 10 egg whites
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml of skimmed milk or soy milk
  • Stevia

Preparation

We create the dough

With all our ingredients we create what will be the flan dough. We mix them until it is homogeneous.

We will see you in flaneras

To keep track of calories and protein, it's easier to pour the mixture into individual flans. In the same way we can pour it into a large one.

We cook them in a bain-marie

In the tray where we will place the individual flannels, pour boiling water up to the edge. In this way we get them to cook in a bain-marie, but without using a pot.

Baked!

We will put the flaneras in the oven, previously heated to 200ºC and let them cook for about 40 minutes.
Check every now and then how the cooking is going so that they are in their point.

To the fridge!

Once we have them ready, we wait for them to cool to room temperature and put them in the fridge for about 3 hours.
