By not using flour in this recipe, the brownie will be softer than usual. It may tend to break more easily, but don't worry. The beans that we propose in this recipe are black, but you can use any other type.
As for the amount of sugar , it all depends on your taste. So you may prefer to add more or less quantity. Ideally, you should gradually add and test to test the flavor. If you don't want to use sugar or natural sweeteners, you might like to add dates . Also this will make the dough a little denser.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of canned black beans
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 grams of brown sugar or natural sweetener
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut or olive oil
  • 40 grams of defatted cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips and nuts (optional)

Preparation

Prepare the dough

In a mixer, add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and nuts. Beat well until smooth.

Put it on a tray

While we leave the oven preheating to 180ºC, we place a baking paper in a mold. We pour the mixture and spread so that it is as uniform as possible.
