  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons light mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Himalayan pink salt

Preparation

We cut the cauliflower into large pieces and cook it in the microwave, or in the oven, so that it dehydrates while it cooks, for at least 20 minutes.

We put it in a bowl and crush it with an arm mixer.

With a cloth, we squeeze the cauliflower to try to dry it as much as possible. Don't forget this step!
