Mango is one of the tropical fruits that we should enjoy in spring and summer, both for its flavor and for its nutritional value.
Take fruit differently
Most of us don't innovate in the kitchen. Let's go simple, take a piece of fruit and take it to the office or gym. You can choose the fruit that you like the most, but always try to keep them frozen so that they have a creamy texture. If you feel like it, you can add a little defatted cocoa powder. Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 egg white or 125 grams of beaten fresh cheese
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Preparation
In the case of choosing fresh mangoes, peel it, chop it and put it in the freezer. Leave it for a whole day and make the recipe the next day.
You can also buy the frozen and chopped mango directly.
Crush well until it has a creamy texture.
Add the egg white and lemon juice. We beat until we get a mousse texture.
