galletas de coco y plátano

As for coconut, depending on the season it can be more or less easy to find it in supermarkets, but in department stores you can find it already grated.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 75 grams of grated coconut
  • 40 grams of 90% cocoa chocolate

Preparation

We prepare the dough

In a bowl, crush the banana with a fork. Add the grated coconut little by little, and mix the dough until it is homogeneous.

We shape it

With the hand, we shape it into little balls and place them on a tray on baking paper.

Baked!

With the oven preheated to 170ºC, we introduce the cookies and bake for 15 minutes.

We bathe them in chocolate

Once the cookies are ready, we melt the chocolate in the microwave with a little coconut oil. We bathe them in half and put them in the fridge for a couple of hours.
