For the preparation of today's recipe, we will divide the process into two parts . On the one hand, hake and, on the other hand, green cream. Get all the ingredients and get ready to make this delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE CREAM
  • 1 tray of cooked stew (2 turnips, 3 celery sticks, 3 carrots, 1/4 cabbage, 1 zucchini)
  • 1 glass of chicken broth
  • FOR FISH
  • 500g of Galician hake
  • 4 garlic heads
  • 3 cups of peeled prawns (I use those that come frozen already)
  • 2 pinches of fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation

FOR THE CREAM: Step 1 …

We cut the whole vegetable into large pieces.

Step 2…

In a pot, place the vegetables and pour the glass of chicken broth and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

When the vegetable is cooked, let it rest a little so as not to put everything boiling in the mixer or processor

Step 4…

We put everything in the blender and grind for a minute to avoid lumps and make it very homogeneous and with a smooth texture.

FOR FISH: Step 1 …

Peel and slice the garlic cloves.

Step 2…

Grease a frying pan and, over medium heat, brown the garlic sauce a little and put the fish on the skin.

Step 3…

Add the prawns and parsley on top and cover to cook in its juice over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Step 4…

The fish and prawns are cooked with their own juice and the steam when the pan is covered, which gives the dish much more flavor and is delicious.

FINAL DISH

Finally, in a deep plate, place the vegetable cream, and carefully place on top the hake and some shrimp and garlic, sprinkle a little ground black pepper and ready to serve.
